Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Sea Silk Blonde Products Review

Keeping my highlighted blonde hair healthy and perfectly toned can be costly. It can also be time consuming and so I am always looking for products to help keep the color fresh and bright.
I was given the opportunity to test out three high performing products from Alterna's Caviar line; Caviar Anti-Aging Sea Silk Blonde Shampoo/Conditioner Duo and the Caviar Anti-Aging Blonde Leave-In Conditioner.

The sulfate-free shampoo lathers up nicely and does a great job of cleansing and moisturizing my hair, leaving it soft and silky. It has a great scent too that reminds me of the sea, fresh and clean.



Most shampoos build up on my hair leaving it feeling dirty. I am always rotating brands so my hair doesn't get too used to one thing / brand and also to avoid getting product build-up. (I guess I like the novelty of having a new bottle in my shower.) After a month of using these products daily, I have not experienced any build up on my hair at all.

The conditioner does a great job of conditioning my fine over processed hair without weighing it down. It nourishes and protects blonde highlights both natural and colored. Same great scent as the shampoo.


I had great results using the leave in conditioner as well. This lightweight, sulfate-free conditioner did a great job of detangling my fine hair. It has a unique blend of nutrients that will energize the hair and help reduce the degree of damage from natural, chemical, and environmental stresses.

Using these three products from Alterna has really improved the texture of my hair, leaving it soft, smooth and shiny.
