Imagine a candle that smells as good as it feels on the skin. Yes you read that right, a candle that feels good on the skin. I'm talking about the Scandle Body Candle. The Scandle is an eco-friendly candle that burns at 2 degrees above body temperature to produce a soothing oil that can be used for massage, manicures and pedicures, or as a daily moisturizer. I sampled the 4oz travel tin candle in the fragrance called Love Spell.



Love Spell is described as tantalizing mandarin orange, bergamot, tangerine, fresh peaches, strawberries, raspberries and white musk. I have said this many times before and I will say it again, I am a sucker for anything that smells good enough to eat! Whether it's a candle or body lotion, I always find myself gravitating towards foodie and fruity scents. The fragrance of Love Spell was of a fresh fruity blend with a slight undertone of musk. A very pleasant scent and easy on the senses. The candle produces a body lotion that's infused with 100% pure plant derived essential oils. I found the lotion easy to apply, and it absorbed well into my skin without leaving a greasy waxy film behind. As a matter of fact I didn't find it to be waxy at all considering that it's a candle and candles are waxy. My skin felt soft and supple throughout the day. Overall I really enjoyed using the candle and the lotion and would definitely purchase a full sized one.
