Hey all, I know this review has been a long time coming but due to not feeling well for the past month, (and still am) I have not felt like doing much with makeup. I mean honestly who wants to play around with makeup when they're sick? ;) Anyways I am sorry for the long wait.
Once again MAC has come out with a gorgeous collection of eye shadows. These mineralizing eyeshadow duos contain lovely paired shades that complement each other in one convenient compact.
"Under Your Spell"
"It's A Miracle"
"Mayhem"

The texture of these shadows are silky smooth and they apply evenly and blend well.
The shadows are not as pigmented as other MAC shadows however if you use an eye shadow primer it will make the colors more intense. You can also apply them with a damp brush. By wetting the brush prior to application, this will create a more vibrant metallic look. Not a favorite of mine but it's just a matter of preference and what type of look you want to create.
"It's A Miracle" is my favorite of the three. It looks stunning on the eyes, especially if your eyes are hazel. I found this duo to have more pigment than the other two and it was easier to work with.
"Conjure Up" Mineralize Blush is a dirty mid-tone plum (frost). It goes on sheer but the color is buildable without looking heavy or cakey. The texture is soft and velvety I love how it highlights my cheekbones with a soft subtle shimmer.
