MAC Superglass Swatches & Review

If you are a devotee of MAC's Dazzleglass glosses then you will probably love MAC's newest lip launch SUPERGLASS. These glittery glosses are kindred to the dazzleglass' but have triple the glitter.



The glosses come in a hexagon shaped tube which is a nice change from MAC's usual lipglass vials. The formula is quite sticky and I am not a fan of the over-sized "snowflake-shaped helicone pearls". The chunks being as large as they are, surprisingly don't feel gritty on the lips. Same staying power as the Dazzleglass', and are loaded with high shine and sparkle that will give your lips a dazzling dimensional look. And of course the same MAC signature vanilla scent.

Sugar Overload is a white-beige, and Cherry Electric is a bright cherry pink. Much like the Dazzleglass', these are also quite sheer and not heavily pigmented. I prefer to layer them over lipstick so they stand out more.

I really wish these were more pigmented as I am not a fan of sheer gloss packed with glitter. However, I am actually beginning to like the new Superglass'.


Cherry Electric is quite similar in color to MAC's Dazzleglass in Glamour O.D.
