Nutrition experts agree, you can eat fast food without ruining your diet. Seriously, it's true. The trick to eating healthy at your local KFC, Taco Bell, or McDonalds is to skip the tantalizing high-fat items and look for the healthy low-cal choices. Though these options won't include a Big Mac, they'll still be delicious, filling, and guilt-free.
